Any male rescue that we
take in stays with us for at least 2 weeks before he is rehomed. This
is so that we can learn about the rabbits nature and find it the most
suitable home. Any female rabbit that we take in is put on pregnancy
watch and must stay with us for a period of at least 4 weeks before she
is rehomed.
All of the rabbits that are taking into our rescue
are treated appropriatly and are in good condition when they leave us.
We would never rehome a rabbit that we know to be unhealthy.
We
never put a healthy rabbit to sleep. Any rabbit that comes into our
rescue is in our care until he/she is rehomed or passes away naturally.
Most of the rabbits live on their own until they are adopted. We get all of our males
neutered before rehoming so that they can be bonded with females in thier
new home. We usually leave getting our females spayed until after bonding unless it is needed before hand, for example if the girl is being too hormonal.
We are currently working very hard in order to get all of the rabbits vaccinated before they leave us.
Please get in touch if you would like any more information about the rabbits we have for adoption.
